Tata Housing Makes Homes Beautiful with Urban Ladder

Tata Housing and Urban Ladder will offer design solutions for homes in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurgaon with their exclusive range of products.

 

Urban Ladder will offer design solutions to furnish mid and premium segment homes with high quality, contemporary and dependable furniture. The price range is between INR 68 L to 3.5 Cr. This exclusive solution is being launched by TATA housing at their near completion project - Amantra in Mumbai.

 

Urban Ladder is a perfect fit for the project as it appeals to the sensibilities, lifestyle and aesthetic needs of the modern home buyer. This is an end-to-end, customisable solution for the Tata Housing customer. Urban Ladder’s designers will be present on site and provide customized solutions and will build special pricing options built in for the customer. Urban Ladder will handle the entire process - from design to delivery.

 

Announcing the partnership, Mr. Tarun Mehrotra, Head Sales & Marketing, Tata Housing, said, “Home design and furnishing is a pertinent pain-point for home buyers today and India is one of the few countries where furnished homes are not yet delivered. Off the 2500 homes we have delivered in the last few years, we received multiple queries about interior design elements. This partnership is a step towards fulfilling this customer desire.”
