BANGALORE: Mu Sigma, a category defining Decision Sciences and Big Data analytics company, was presented with two prestigious awards at the 9th Global Talent Acquisition & RASBIC Award Ceremony. The company emerged a winner under two categories: Most Innovative Recruiting and Staffing Program, and Best Employee Referral Program.
The Recruiting and Staffing Best in Class (RASBIC) awards have been established to honor and recognize innovativeness in workforce management and planning. Mu Sigma was recognised for its novel workforce practices in Talent Acquisition. The winners were chosen by a prominent panel of recruiting and staffing experts that includes Capt. The organizers witnessed over 600 entries from companies across sectors in the country.
