Govt to mull cotton exports ban: Scindia

Govt is considering the textile industry's demand to clamp a ban on cotton exports, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jyotiraditya M. Scindia told media on the sidelines of a conference in New Delhi on Thursday.
